1. Who We Are

FRX Studios is a creative technology company building games, apps, digital tools, and services related to artificial intelligence and video. When this policy says "FRX," "we," or "us," it refers to FRX Studios and its products.

Public HQ line: Alexandria, Egypt. The company operates primarily online. Formal commercial registration, street address, telephone, and an EU representative are not defined. Do not treat this page as inventing them.

2. Policy Scope

This policy is the studio master. It applies to FRX websites, games, apps, and services. Each product may publish an appendix on its own host covering data actually used, third parties, and how to delete an account.

Product appendices: Blur Guess — https://blurguess.frxstudios.com/en/privacy — and Movie AI (Coming Soon) — https://movieai.frxstudios.com/en/privacy. Until an appendix is published on a product host, this studio policy governs.

3. Data We May Collect

FRX collects the minimum necessary. This website (frxstudios.com) stores only a language preference (English or Arabic) in your browser via localStorage (frx-lang). frxstudios.com does not use analytics cookies, accounts, ads, or payments.

Depending on a product, FRX may collect the categories below. Not every product collects all of them. The product appendix states what is actually used.

  • Account data such as email, username, encrypted password, and profile image.
  • Usage data such as game progress, points, achievements, preferences, and feature interactions.
  • Device data such as device type, operating system, language, approximate country, and device or advertising identifiers when allowed.
  • Technical data such as error logs, crashes, IP address, performance, and security data.
  • User content such as display name, images, messages, or uploads if the product allows it.
  • Contact data such as support messages and inquiries.

Product vendors (for example hosting, auth, ads, or stores) are described on the product host appendix, not as facts about this studio website.

4. Why We Use Data

  • Create and secure accounts, where a product uses accounts.
  • Operate games and apps.
  • Save progress and preferences.
  • Run servers and infrastructure for stability.
  • Improve performance and fix crashes.
  • Fight cheating, fraud, and misuse.
  • Provide technical support.
  • Send important account or service messages.
  • Measure usage in ways that help improve the product.
  • Show ads when present, according to user settings, law, and platform rules.
  • Meet legal obligations or protect rights.

5. Data Sharing

FRX does not sell user data as a product.

This studio website does not share personal data with analytics, ads, or payment vendors. When a product uses service providers, that product’s appendix names them. We may also share data if required by law, to protect users, to prevent fraud, or to protect our rights.

6. Ads

This studio website does not show ads. Some FRX products may. When ads are used, advertising identifiers or approximate usage data may be used according to user settings, law, and platform rules.

Ads must not wreck the core experience or drive unnecessary collection. Details live in the product appendix.

7. Children

FRX products are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum legal age in the user’s country). We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If we learn that happened without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete that data.

Product-specific age gates (for example Blur Guess) are described in the product appendix.

8. Data Retention

The language preference on this website stays in your browser until you clear site data.

Where products keep accounts, we keep data as long as needed to operate the service, protect accounts, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent cheating, or enforce terms. When an account is deleted, we delete or anonymize core personal data within a reasonable period, often within 30 days, unless legal or security reasons require retaining some records.

9. User Rights

Depending on the user’s country, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawing consent, or objecting to certain processing.

Where GDPR-style laws apply, typical bases include contract (operating a product), legitimate interests (security and fraud), consent (personalized ads where required), and legal obligation. We do not currently designate an EU representative. That fact is undefined, not implied.

10. International Data Transfers

Data for products may be processed in countries different from the user’s country because those products use global providers. FRX seeks appropriate measures under applicable law. This studio website only stores a language preference on your device.

11. Security

FRX uses reasonable measures to protect data, such as authentication, encryption where possible, access control, and review. No internet transmission or storage method is 100% secure.

12. Changes

This policy may be updated. For a material change, FRX will try to notify users by updating the date on this page or showing an in-product notice.
